Hi, I am Adrian Taylor.
Together with my wife Michelle, I would like to welcome you to
our Terrace Restaurant and assure you, that whatever you may order
from our extensive menu be it Blackboard or A
la Carte will be fresh and homemade.
This begins by preparing all sauces from home-made stock, continues
to the popular Jack Daniels sauce over oysters, etc.,
specially prepared BBQ sauce for spare ribs, all the way to raspberry
coulis for your chocolate torte or summer salad.
We only use quality, be it meats, seafood or vegetables.
Our modern Australian Cuisine comprises a great variety of popular
and fashionable items, not to mention all the Specials. That is,
Tuesday 'Super Burger Meal', and Wednesday 'Steak & Schnitzel'.
The experience, quality and flexibility we offer in conjunction
with the Clubs activities eg. Live Entertainment, etc., is
a pleasant outing for all.
